With robotic staking, we take digital drawings all the way to the construction site. Our staking robot automatically navigates over the floor surface and prints lines, points and other information directly onto the substrate.
Instead of each point or line needing to be set out manually, large amounts of information can be transferred from the digital model to reality in a short time.
The result is a clear and easy-to-interpret marking directly where the work is to be carried out.
From digital drawing to reality
The substrate can be retrieved from, for example, CAD or BIM models and prepared by our measurement technicians before the staking begins.
The robot is positioned with measurement accuracy and can then automatically mark out, for example:
- wall lines and interior walls
- installation positions
- drilling holes and penetrations
- fastenings and assembly points
- reference lines and axes
- other project-specific lines, points and markings
This means that information that previously needed to be interpreted from a drawing can instead be printed in full scale directly onto the construction surface.

Correct setting out begins long before the robot starts writing on the floor. Our surveyors check and prepare the base, establish the correct coordinate system and ensure the robot's position on the job site.
